This is very much a meal you can adapt for your own taste. It has the advantages of combining raw food with wholesome ingredients and some protein and fermented products.
Another meal you can adapt for your own taste - I decided to try venison and chose the 95% venison sausages and burgers.
You can change the vegetables for any above ground type. I enjoy passata as it is 100% cooked tomato with no added sugar. (I purchased mine in Asda).
I simply added a little olive oil to a pan on moderate heat, added the burgers and the mushrooms and onions on the other side of the pan.
Just before the burgers finished cooking, I added the frozen peas (they heat quickly) and spinach. Just before everything was ready, I added the passata to the vegetables, stirred and served. Delicious!!
